Executive Chef Kenny Sloane has endured a life long passion while climbing the ranks and proudly presents FIN. Chef Sloane is a 2001 graduate of Johnson & Wales University. He served as Executive Chef at such restaurants as The Left Bank and Aqua S in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Chef Sloane combines contemporary flare with traditional French in a fresh and delectable exhibit of local proteins and produce.

Chef Daniel Askew

Sous Chef

Sous Chef Daniel Askew is a recent graduate from the Culinary Institute of Virginia. Chef Askew gained excellent experience while working at one of Norfolk’s favorite restaurants, Todd Jurich’s Bistro. Chef Askew joined Executive Chef Sloane in 2010 at Aqua S in Duck, NC and has been with him ever since. Chef Askew brings culinary expertise and a unique palate for perfectly paired components to complement Fin’s vision.
